Our policy

Refund & exchange

What happens after you order, and what happens if the jacket is not right.

Delivery

  • Your order is delivered within 2 to 4 working days in Cairo.
  • Other cities across Egypt take 3 to 7 working days.

Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges depend on availability, and can be made for a different size or an item of equal value.
  • Once we receive your item, the exchange takes 5 to 7 working days.

Refund

  • Sale items can be exchanged, but cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to start one

  • Send us your order number and tell us what you want to change. We answer on WhatsApp and on Instagram.
